What's in your plate

What's in your plate - Cyprus

Action 1

We talked n the class with the students about their eating habits. More specifically, what they usually eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Moreover, students brought photos of the most typical breakfasts, lunches and dinners in our country.  We chose one representative photo about each kind of meal and we sent it to the school of Italy who is responsible to create 3 posters with the photos of all schools.  Each poster is for each kind of meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Finally, we organized at school a traditional breakfast day where students brought at school the ingredients, prepare and tasted the traditional kind of food we usually eat in Cyprus.

Comparing the six cuisines

Our students observed the posters sent by the other schools about their traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner, compared the different meals and found similarities and differences between the eating habits of each country.
